The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within three (3) business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and or holidays.
• Orders are not shipped on the same day as purchased unless you have paid for that service.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and you will be notified.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
• Shipping charges are based on your shipping address.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur (current COVID-19 pandemic shipping and delivery procedures).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• All packages are mailed using the USPS Priority Mail System, which comes with insurance up to $50 USD and tracking.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
• 90threecosmetics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
• 90threecosmetics.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you’ve received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (Pictures are always recommended).
International Shipping:
• We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns and Refund Policy
• 90threecosmetics.com does not offer exchanges. However, refunds can be issued on a case by case basis.
• All inquiries need to be addressed to 93inquiriesandsales@gmail.com and there is a 48 hr. turnaround time. Please include your order number and the reason for your inquiry.
